This is a manual for EFL and ESL teachers describing to use a number of web based tools and learning technologies to assist in language development. It includes instructions on how to use the tools as well as teaching suggestions and examples. There are 11 tools included and these can be used to create a range of teaching activities that include all four communication skills including speaking.
